HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer a standard Australia post shipping service at $9.95. 

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

In Australia we use Australia Post eParcel to get your goods to you. Once your order has left our warehouse, standard delivery can take up to 7 business days. Please allow an additional 5 business days for personalised items to be delivered.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping notification email to keep you in the loop. For Australian deliveries the email will contain your eParcel tracking number so you can track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website.

Don't stress if it doesn't work immediately - it often takes up to 4 hours for it to be searchable in the system.

I WON'T BE AT HOME/WORK TO RECEIVE MY ORDER. HELP!

No probs! We have three convenient options for you to choose from if delivering to your home or work isn't possible.

OPTION 1: PARCEL LOCKER

Australia Post's free and secure 24/7 Parcel Lockers offers an easy and convenient alternative. To select this delivery option at checkout, you must first create a free Australia Post  MyPost account. Once you've created your account, you can select this option at checkout (personalised items are excluded from this service). If you have any questions, please contact Australia Post.

 OPTION 2: POST OFFICE

Another option is to have your order delivered to your local Post Office. You can select this shipping option and your preferred Post Office by entering your postcode during the checkout process.

 

WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND FEES?

Your order will be charged in Australian (AUD) dollars but will exclude Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax). Because customs policies vary from country to country, international orders may be subject to local customs charges. We cannot mark international orders as a gift as a way of bypassing or reducing customs fees. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. If goods are above the threshold and customs entry is required, our logistics partner will charge an additional admin handling fee for customs clearance. Our delivery times are an approximate but Standard delivery takes 9-12 working days of delivery and applies to ALL countries.

All orders are dispatched using Australia Post, Sunday To Thursday 06.00 - 1.30pm (GMT).

Orders will usually be dispatched within 3-4 business days.  A 7-day allowance should be considered during our high sales period because of the preparation taking slightly longer.  

Orders prepared in a standard time period will be shipped via Australia Post and delivered in 5-6 business days within Australia and slightly longer for overseas parcels.

We try to make sure that our standard order preparation + delivery period will be no more then 9-12 business days after the date you place your order.

You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking information. We will be unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Shipping times may vary during bank/public holidays and during peak periods. We cannot be held responsible for delays which may occur as a result of courier related matters, severe weather conditions and any Act of God.

 INSURANCE

Plumb Corp insurances each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have a specified recipient or different delivery address, then you accept that evidence of a signature is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Plumb Corp and transfer responsibility in the same way.
